Custom Retail Displays

Yesoem manufactures custom retail display structures from drawings or reference samples. Define whether you need individual metal parts, a display structure or an assembled display with specified additional components. For a quotation, provide overall dimensions, product sizes and weights, intended loading, quantities, visible surfaces, colour or finish references and packaging requirements. Product images illustrate designs; they do not by themselves establish a current customer relationship or certification for a new order.

- Scope: agree on metal fabrication, finishing, assembly, packaging and the components included in the quotation
- Metal fabrication: laser cutting, stamping, CNC punching, CNC bending, riveting, welding and grinding
- Finishing and graphics: discuss powder coating, polishing, screen printing or UV printing for the specified surfaces
- Additional components: identify wood, acrylic, other non-metal parts, lighting, displays or controls, and confirm who supplies and integrates each item
- Lead time: confirm sample and production schedules after drawing review, scope agreement and component availability; timings are project-specific

Inspection and certification: specify appearance, dimensions, assembly and any loading, stability, anchoring or electrical requirements relevant to the design. Agree on the checks, acceptance criteria and supporting documents included in the quotation.
