Weldo Metal Fabrication

01. Development

According to the customer’s command, we have designed and produced Method toiletries customer experience stations, Delta colour-changing electronically controlled light boxes, Kyburz solar-powered courier van cabinets, and iSwirl solar-powered roof ventilation.

02. Metalworking

The scope of processing includes laser cutting, CNC punching, riveting , CNC bending, welding, grinding, assembly, quality control, powder coating, silk screen and packaging.

04. Testing

We have professional 2D testing equipment to test the size and hole position accuracy of sheet metal.

For electrical equipment, we carry out electric leakage test, high-voltage resistance test, aging test, noise test, magnetic flux test, electromagnetic radiation test and light intensity test.

More than twenty-four hours of performance test is conducted on the equipment before shipment.

All products pass the drop test and vibration test to ensure the safety of product transport.
